§ 22A-2A-209 — Exhaust emission defined

West Virginia·Ch. 22A MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING·Art. 2A USE OF DIESEL-POWERED EQUIPMENT IN UNDERGROUND COAL MINES

"Exhaust emission" means any substance emitted to the atmosphere from the exhaust port of the combustion chamber of a diesel engine.
