§ 22A-2A-205 — Diesel fuel tank defined

West Virginia·Ch. 22A MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING·Art. 2A USE OF DIESEL-POWERED EQUIPMENT IN UNDERGROUND COAL MINES

"Diesel fuel tank" means a closed metal vessel specifically designed for the storage or transport of diesel fuel.
