§ 22A-2A-204a — Director defined

West Virginia·Ch. 22A MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING·Art. 2A USE OF DIESEL-POWERED EQUIPMENT IN UNDERGROUND COAL MINES

"Director" means the Director of the Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training established in section one, article one of this chapter.
