§ 22A-2A-204 — Commission defined

West Virginia·Ch. 22A MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING·Art. 2A USE OF DIESEL-POWERED EQUIPMENT IN UNDERGROUND COAL MINES

"Commission" means the West Virginia Diesel Equipment Commission created under the provisions of section three hundred one of this article.
