§ 22A-2A-202 — Board defined

West Virginia·Ch. 22A MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING·Art. 2A USE OF DIESEL-POWERED EQUIPMENT IN UNDERGROUND COAL MINES

"Board" means the Board of Coal Mine Health and Safety continued by section three, article six of this chapter.
