§ 22A-1-26 — Place and time for examinations

West Virginia·Ch. 22A MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING·Art. 1 OFFICE OF MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING; ADMINISTRATION; ENFORCEMENT
The director shall determine the location where the mine foreman examiner shall meet for the purpose of holding examinations and at least two weeks' notice of the time and place where the examinations are to be held shall be given. The examinations shall be given at any location where there are at least five men to be tested and adequate facilities to conduct such examination. The office of the secretary to the mine foreman examiner shall be located in the capitol complex in Charleston. All records pertaining to the examinations shall be kept at such office.
