§ 22-34-1 — Short title
West Virginia·Ch. 22 ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES·Art. 34 DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DESIGN-BUILD PILOT PROGRAM
This article shall be known as, and may be cited as, the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Design-Build Pilot Program.
