§ 22-16-13 — Promulgation of rules by director
West Virginia·Ch. 22 ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES·Art. 16 SOLID WASTE LANDFILL CLOSURE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The director shall promulgate rules that are necessary for the efficient and orderly implementation and administration of this article.
