§ 21A-9-3 — Contents of fund
West Virginia·Ch. 21A UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION·Art. 9 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATION FUND
The fund shall consist of:
(1)Moneys appropriated by the state.
(2)Moneys received from the United States or any agency thereof, for the administration of this article.
(3)Moneys received from any other source.
