§ 21A-8-8 — Benefit account

West Virginia·Ch. 21A UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION·Art. 8 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION FUND
The benefit account shall consist of moneys requisitioned from this state's account in the unemployment trust fund.
