Text

The Attorney General and his assistants and the prosecuting attorneys of the several counties shall render to the commissioner without additional compensation such legal services as in the discharge of his duties he shall require. The commissioner may employ temporarily or as regular members of the department additional legal counsel. The remuneration of such counsel shall be paid from the administration fund.
