Text

The commissioner is authorized to revoke or suspend any employer's permit or homeworker's certificate for the violation of a provision of this article. The commissioner is further authorized to prescribe the form of application for employers' permits and homeworkers' certificates, and to prescribe the form of and to issue such permits and certificates; and to do all other acts required of him under the provisions of this article.
