Text
(a)Any person violating any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $1000, which is not subject to suspension by the court, confined in jail not less than 10 nor more than 30 days, or both fined and confined.
