Text

(a)(1) Effective January 1, 2006, every application for a hunting or fishing electronic license shall include a solicitation for a voluntary donation to the division's established Coyote Management Program.
(2)The license applicant will be offered an opportunity to designate a donation in the amount of $2 for the Coyote Management Program.
(b)There is hereby created a special revenue account, designated the "Coyote Management Fund" into which all donations derived under this section shall be deposited. Moneys in this account shall be expended solely for the purposes set forth in subsection (c) of this section. Funds paid into this account may also be derived from the following sources:
(1)All interest or return on investment accruing to this account;
(2)Any gifts, grants, bequests,
