§ 19-5A-9 — Minimum condition and maturity standards
West Virginia·Ch. 19 AGRICULTURE·Art. 5A CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE STORAGE OF FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
The commissioner shall establish minimum condition and maturity standards for fruits and vegetables which are to be designated as "CA" stored.
