§ 19-29-3 — Health requirements

West Virginia·Ch. 19 AGRICULTURE·Art. 29 PRODUCTION OF NONTRADITIONAL AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS

Only after consultation with the Division of Natural Resources and the Department of Health, the commissioner shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, dealing with the health standards for nontraditional agriculture.
