Text

All rules and regulations promulgated by the Racing Commission and in effect on the effective date of this article shall remain in full force and effect until superseded, or except as amended or repealed, in accordance with the provisions of this article. Any license or permit issued by the Racing Commission under the former provisions of article twenty-three of this chapter, which has not expired and which has not been suspended or revoked prior to the effective date of this article, shall be governed by the provisions of this article and shall remain valid until the expiration thereof, unless such license or permit is sooner suspended or revoked in accordance with the provisions of this article. .
