Text
The commissioner may refuse to grant, or may suspend or revoke any Commercial Feed Manufacturing Permit; any Commercial Feed Guarantor Permit; any Commercial Feed Distributor Permit; or the registration of any Pet Food or Specialty Pet Food when it is determined that:
(1)The applicant, permittee, or guarantor has violated the provisions of this article or any official rule promulgated hereunder; or (2) this article or the rules promulgated hereunder cannot be or will not be complied with:Provided, That the permittee or guarantor shall have the opportunity to be heard prior to the suspension or revocation of the registration or permit.
