§ 18-2E-6 — Falsifying reports; penalty

West Virginia·Ch. 18 EDUCATION·Art. 2E HIGH QUALITY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to falsely report any information required under this article. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than one year, or fined not more than $1,000, or both.
