West Virginia·Ch. 17C TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AND LAWS OF THE ROAD·Art. 17A REGULATION OF THE COMMERCIAL TRANSPORTATION OF COAL
Criminal and administrative penalties imposed by this article take effect on October 1, 2003.
