W. Va. Code § 17-10-11 (2026).

Text

The county court may request a certificate of purity of the chemical constituents and the percentage of impurities contained in any materials or supplies offered to it for purchase. Any person, firm or corporation willfully making or furnishing a false certificate shall be guilty of perjury. Any contract made by reason of any false statement or representation may be cancelled by order of the court.
