§ 17-10-10 — Same -- Prohibited contracts
West Virginia·Ch. 17 ROADS AND HIGHWAYS·Art. 10 COUNTY COURTS; MUNICIPALITIES; GENERAL AUTHORITY AND DUTIES AS TO ROADS, ETC
A county court shall not enter into any contract prohibited by the provisions of section twenty-two, article four of this chapter.
