§ 16B-6-4 — Public availability of registry
West Virginia·Ch. 16B INSPECTOR GENERAL·Art. 6 REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS IN LEGALLY UNLICENSED HEALTH CARE HOMES
The director shall publish and make available to the public on an annual basis a list of service providers registered in accordance with §16B-6-3 of this code.
