Text

(a)Notwithstanding any provision of this article to the contrary that would otherwise prohibit or limit rollovers and plan transfers to this system, the plan shall accept the following rollovers and plan transfers on behalf of a member solely for the purpose of purchasing permissive service credit, in whole or in part, as otherwise provided in this article or for the repayment of withdrawn or refunded contributions, in whole and in part, with respect to a previous forfeiture of service credit as otherwise provided in this article or for the purpose of paying higher contributions with interest for credit towards eligible 911 service upon initial transfer into this plan:
(A)One or more rollovers within the meaning of Section 408(d)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code from an individual retirem
