§ 16-56-5 — Pharmacist education and training required

West Virginia·Ch. 16 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 56 TOBACCO CESSATION THERAPY ACCESS ACT
The Board of Pharmacy shall approve a training program or programs to be eligible to participate in the utilization of the standing prescription drug order for tobacco cessation therapy by a pharmacist. Documentation shall be provided to the Board of Pharmacy upon request.
