§ 15-1E-95 — Resistance, flight, breach of arrest, and escape

West Virginia·Ch. 15 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 1E CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE

Any person subject to this article who:

(1)Resists apprehension;
(2)Flees from apprehension;
(3)Breaks arrest; or
(4)Escapes from custody or confinement; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
