Text
In addition to the powers which counties have with respect to airports pursuant to the other provisions of this code, each county, by and through its county court, shall have the following powers:
(1)To issue revenue bonds for the purpose of defraying the cost or any part thereof, of acquiring, by construction and purchase, or by either, an airport, or an addition, extension or improvement thereto, and to secure the payment of such bonds, all as hereinafter provided; and (2) to issue and deliver revenue bonds in exchange for an airport or a private facility for the taking off and landing of airplanes with appurtenant facilities and conveniences.
