§ 13-2D-3 — Definitions

The following terms, whenever used in this article, shall have the following meaning:

(a)The term "county court" shall mean a governing body created pursuant to section 22 of article VIII of the Constitution of this state and any other governing body established in lieu thereof pursuant to section 29, article VIII of the Constitution of this state.

(b)The term "airport" shall mean all real and personal property necessary for the acquisition, construction, equipment, improvement, maintenance or operation of a public facility for the taking off and landing of airplanes, and all appurtenances and facilities usual and convenient in connection with such facility for the convenience and accommodation of the inhabitants of the county and the public generally, and shall include airports for th
