§ 11-13O-12 — Effective date

West Virginia·Ch. 11 TAXATION·Art. 13O TAX CREDIT FOR NEW ALUMINUM OR POLYMER MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS AFTER JULY 1, 1998

This article shall be effective for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 1998.
