Text

Such revenue bonds shall bear interest at not more than six per cent per annum, payable annually or at shorter intervals, and shall mature at such time or times not exceeding thirty years from the date thereof, as may be determined by resolution of the board. Such bonds may be made redeemable before maturity, at the option of the board, at not more than the par value thereof plus five per cent, under such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds. The principal and interest of the bonds may be made payable in any lawful medium. Said resolution shall determine the form of the bonds, including the interest coupons to be attached thereto, if any, and shall fix the denomination or denominations of such bonds, and the place or places of the pay
