992.22 Any action, proceeding, transaction, conveyance, or other matter which occurred before November 24, 2011, in Green Lake County or Marquette County, and related to or would have been impacted by the boundaries of these 2 counties, shall be considered to have occurred within the boundaries of Green Lake County or Marquette County as the boundaries of the 2 counties are described in s. 2.01 (24) and (39) on November 24, 2011.
