95.22 95.22(1) (1) A veterinarian and the department of natural resources shall report to the department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection any disease specified in the rules promulgated under sub.
(2)(a) each time a veterinarian or the department of natural resources discovers that such a disease is present in any animal in this state.
95.22(2) (2) The department shall promulgate rules that specify all of the following:
95.22(2)(a) (a) The diseases that a veterinarian or the department of natural resources must report under this section.
95.22(2)(b) (b) For each disease specified in par.
(a), the deadline for reporting the disease after the date of its discovery.
