946.66 946.66(1) (1) In this section: 946.66(1)(a) (a) “Complaint” means a complaint that is filed as part of a procedure established under s. 66.0511 (3) . 946.66(1)(b) (b) “Law enforcement officer” has the meaning given in s. 165.85 (2) (c) . 946.66(2) (2) Whoever knowingly makes a false complaint regarding the conduct of a law enforcement officer is subject to a Class A forfeiture.
