941.33 941.33(1) (1) Whoever destroys, handles, stores, or treats a vaccine, drug, or any other biologic product used as a therapeutic treatment with intent to render the vaccine, drug, or product unsafe, tainted, spoiled, ineffective, or otherwise unusable is guilty of a Class I felony. 941.33(2) (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the disposal of expired or recalled vaccines, drugs, or other products.
