938.534 938.534(1) (1) Program requirements; violation of condition of participation. 938.534(1)(a) (a) A county department may provide an intensive supervision program for juveniles who have been adjudicated delinquent and ordered to participate in an intensive supervision program under s. 938.34 (2r) . A county department that provides a program shall purchase or provide intensive surveillance and community-based treatment services for participants in the program and may purchase or provide electronic monitoring for the intensive surveillance of program participants.
