938.364 A juvenile, the juvenile’s parent, guardian, or legal custodian, or the district attorney or corporation counsel in the county in which the dispositional order was entered may request the court to dismiss an order under s. 938.342 (2) if the juvenile shows documentary proof that he or she is enrolled in a school program or a high school equivalency program. The court may also propose such a dismissal.
