41  Fees in court shall be allowed:
41(1) (1) To appraisers, an amount to be fixed by the court;
41(2) (2) To jurors, the fees under s. 756.25 ;
41(3) (3) To witnesses and interpreters, the fees under s. 814.67 , and to expert witnesses, the fees under s. 814.04 (2) ;
41(4) (4) Travel as fixed by the court;
41(5) (5) In cases not provided for, a fair compensation shall be allowed by the court.
