863.43 At least 10 days prior to distribution of a share or legacy for the benefit of a minor or individual adjudicated incompetent for whom a guardian of the estate has been appointed, the personal representative shall notify the court appointing the guardian of the estate, in writing, the total property to be distributed to the guardian of the estate for the benefit of the guardian’s ward. An affidavit of mailing the notice shall be filed before making the distribution.
