857.27 The court may by order authorize the personal representatives or trustees of the estate of a decedent or one or more of the personal representatives or trustees to organize a corporation or limited liability company for any of the purposes authorized by ch. 180 , 181 or 183 and to subscribe for shares of the corporation or interests in the limited liability company and convey estate property to the corporation or limited liability company in payment for the shares or interests subscribed.
