815.52 The sums required to be paid to acquire the title of the original purchaser at the execution sale or to become a purchaser from any creditor may be paid to such purchaser or creditor, to the purchaser’s or creditor’s representative or assigns or to the then sheriff of the county where the real estate is situated; upon such payment being made the title of the original purchaser shall be thereby transferred to the creditor acquiring the same and from such creditor to any other creditor becoming a purchaser thereof.
