814.81 In addition to any forfeiture imposed in an action under ch. 800 , a defendant shall pay the following surcharges if applicable:
814.81(1) (1) The consumer information surcharge under s. 100.261 .
814.81(3) (3) The crime laboratories and drug law enforcement surcharge under s. 165.755 .
814.81(6) (6) The domestic abuse surcharge under s. 971.37 (1m) (c) 1. or 973.055 .
814.81(7) (7) The jail surcharge under s. 302.46 (1) .
814.81(9) (9) The penalty surcharge under s. 757.05 .
