814.78 In addition to any forfeiture imposed in an action under s. 66.0113 or 66.0114 , a defendant shall pay the following surcharges if applicable:
814.78(1) (1) The consumer information surcharge under s. 100.261 .
814.78(2) (2) The court support services surcharge under s. 814.85 .
814.78(3) (3) The crime laboratories and drug law enforcement surcharge under s. 165.755 .
814.78(4m) (4m) The crime victim and witness assistance surcharge under s. 973.045 (1m) .
814.78(5) (5) The delinquency victim and witness surcharge under s. 938.34 (8d) (a) .
814.78(7) (7) The driver improvement surcharge under s. 346.655 .
814.78(7g) (7g) The safe ride program surcharge under s. 346.657 .
814.78(7m) (7m) The ignition interlock surcharge under s. 343.301 (5) .
