769.502 769.502(1) (1) Upon receipt of an income-withholding order under s. 769.501 , the obligor’s employer shall immediately provide a copy of the order to the obligor. 769.502(2) (2) The employer shall treat an income-withholding order issued in another state that appears to be regular on its face as if it had been issued by a tribunal of this state. 769.502(3) (3) Except as provided in sub.

(4)and s. 769.503 , the employer shall withhold and distribute the funds as directed in the income-withholding order by complying with the terms of the order, as applicable, that specify any of the following: 769.502(3)(a) (a) The duration and amount of periodic payments of current child support, stated as a sum certain. 769.502(3)(b) (b) The person designated to receive payments and the address to
