751.20 Notwithstanding s. 20.680 (2) (a) to (L) , the supreme court may transfer money from the appropriations under s. 20.680 (2) (a) to (L) to the appropriation under s. 20.670 (1) (k) for the purposes of the judicial council under s. 758.13 .
