702.401 702.401(1) (1) A powerholder may disclaim all or part of a power of appointment as provided under ss. 700.27 and 854.13 . 702.401(2) (2) A permissible appointee, appointee, or taker in default of appointment may disclaim all or part of an interest in appointive property, as provided under ss. 700.27 and 854.13 .
