702.307 702.307(1) (1) Except as otherwise provided in s. 702.306 , an exercise of a power of appointment is ineffective to the extent it is in favor of an impermissible appointee. 702.307(2) (2) An exercise of a power of appointment in favor of a permissible appointee is ineffective to the extent the appointment is a fraud on the power.
