655.25 No policy of health care liability insurance written under the provisions of s. 619.04 may be canceled or nonrenewed except for nonpayment of premiums unless the health care provider’s license is revoked by the appropriate licensing board. A health care provider whose license is revoked shall be permitted to buy out in cases of a claims-made policy.
