563.285 563.285(1) (1) The department shall deny an application for the issuance or renewal of a license, or revoke a license already issued, if the department of revenue certifies under s. 73.0301 that the applicant or licensee is liable for delinquent taxes. An applicant for whom a license is not issued or renewed, or a licensee whose license is revoked, under this section for delinquent taxes is entitled to a notice under s. 73.0301 (2) (b) 1.
