551.614 551.614(1) (1) Registration and notice filing fees and reporting. 551.614(1)(a) (a) There shall be a filing fee of $1,500 for every registration statement filed under s. 551.303 or 551.304 , and for every notice filing under s. 551.302 . If a registration statement is denied or withdrawn before the effective date or a pre-effective stop order is entered under s. 551.306 , or a notice filing is withdrawn, the filing fee shall be retained. 551.614(1)(b) (b) 551.614(1)(b)1.
