551.305 551.305(1) (1) Who may file. A registration statement may be filed by the issuer, a person on whose behalf the offering is to be made, or a broker-dealer registered under this chapter. 551.305(2) (2) Filing fee. A person filing a registration statement shall pay a filing fee as provided in s. 551.614 or as may be supplemented by rule of the administrator. If a registration statement is withdrawn before the effective date or a preeffective stop order is issued under s. 551.306 , the administrator shall retain the fee as provided in s. 551.614 or as may be supplemented by rule of the administrator. 551.305(3) (3) Status of offering.
